Idea completion: Your best friend unexpectedly shows up at your house.

I took a bit of liberty with the interpretation of this prompt; my own need for a little fluff to cheer me up, as well as my new love for the webcomic The Dreamer inspired this. I like it a lot better than I like yesterday's.
